Who: Lapis, Peridot & Lambert (later)
When: Between Week 2 and Week 3
Where: Peridots House
What: hormonal young adults
Warnings: its steamy and then extremely not steamy who trusted me to write this description ITS LEWD
Lapis likes to believe that the only reason she bothers coming to Lamberts' house now that her unwanted dog visitor has departed is because of Pumpkin, and certainly not the vague feelings of comfort and familiarity that Peridots' presence brings. Unfortunately while she can verbally deny such things, she's still drawn in by the other girl all the same.
Maybe it's just hormones. It's probably hormones, right? Lapis leans over Peridot, resting her arms and weight on her shoulders and looking around to her current studies
"Multi-universe theory." She comments, a hint of disappointment. Of course it's weird stuff. Why wouldn't it be weird stuff? Why wouldn't her life just give her something normal to deal with for once? "Seriously? Don't you have better hobbies?"

"I... Can't tell if you're being serious or not," she says in a small voice after a moment, brows meeting in a look of vague concern. Like. Why would she be serious? Lapis basically said it herself. In Peridot's chest does not beat the heart of a romantic.

Her head snaps back up to look at Lapis suddenly, face hot. "I-It's not that I'm disinterested!" Peridot says way too loudly, and winces at her own volume, immediately correcting. "It's just that IIII... Don't really know what I'm doing...?" she explains, words pitching up at the end of the sentence.

"I won't!" she says indignantly, tense with anticipation. Just be cool Peridot. BE COOL.

That's not to say she doesn't really absolutely very much feel overwhelmingly positive about it, though. If Lapis bothers to separate, she'll see Peridot sitting there looking absolutely gobsmacked, like she's only just seeing things clearly for the very first time.
"Wow," she says in a small voice, her eyes wide with wonderment.
You chose this Lapis. JUST REMEMBER THAT.

The point, is that Lapis seems a little stunned from the kiss too, and she follows up Peridot's little 'Wow' with a heavily appraising look... And then she's back on her again, kissing her that much harder, because, well, why not?

Feeling bold, she puts a hand on Lapis's thigh to steady herself, as she tries to rise to meet the other woman's height a bit more closely.
no subject
Lapis moves her hand on top of Peridots' and... slides it further up her thigh while leaning forward into the kiss, the quirk of her lips at least indicating she's more amused than anything else? Peridot has that going for her, at least.

"...So I know this may come as a huge surprise to you," she says after a moment, tone mild, "But I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing."
Honesty is definitely the best policy in all situations, right?

"You alright with seeing how far we can take this?"

Something in her gut-- and really, Peridot isn't usually one for following instinct, so feeling this strongly about something despite a lack of concrete evidence is a new one on her-- tells her that yeah. She's ready. She's ready because for whatever reason, Lapis feels worth making that jump for. Because it doesn't feel like it has only been a few weeks that they've been friends. Peridot likes her, trusts her implicitly in a way that should be completely illogical, ludicrous, ill-advised even, but it feels seems right.
"Yeah," Peridot says after a beat, flashing a small but confident grin. "I think I'm willing to learn a thing or two."
no subject
"Just follow my lead." She closes the distance between their lips for another very important make out session, hands leaving Peridots so she can work one up under Peridots' shirt, and the tussle the other into her hair.
no subject
This is kind of still a lot for her to be dealing with at once, but... it's overwhelming in a way that she kind of appreciates. It's certainly not unpleasant. Plus, things are a little easier to process with Lapis taking on the burden of the lead...

When it becomes clear that Peridot is apparently too star struck by Lapis' extreme skill (and ego), she pulls away from the kiss, and raises an eyebrow, though she still looks the farthest thing away from disappointed or mad. "If you feel like being a pillow queen though, I'm sure I can manage with that too." Did she just wink? She just winked.
She's also going back now, to kiss down the side of Peridot's neck, and, naturally, bring a bit of teeth into the mix. Gently, though. She has no idea how she might react to it.
no subject
Peridot stiffens with surprise at the feeling of Lapis's teeth on her neck, emitting a questioning sound. Quickly enough, though, she relaxes into the sensation, and then she finds herself arching her spine, sinking against the other woman with a hiss, fingers tightening against her hip.
She's still nervous about this, still uncertain and uncoordinated, but she lifts her other hand off the bed and shakily searches out the hem of Lapis's shirt, sliding it up her side while Lapis continues to kiss her.
no subject
She shifts just slightly in the hopes that it might get the message across that it's totally alright for Peridot to shove her hand up her shirt, that she doesn't need to just hover uselessly at her side. In fact, Lapis will give a choice squeeze of her own. She's helpful like that.
no subject
All of this is spurring her to do something. Peridot isn't one to let herself be outdone, even of its in an arena that she has little experience in. So her hand slides up her back and she goes clumsily fishing for the clasp of Lapis's bra, because getting rid of that seems like a logical step to take in order to achieve optimal chest groping?

So it's with absolutely no warning at this point that Lambert just walks into the room in like he owns the place. The first thing he really notices, incongruously, is the DVD of teen drivel Peridot loves so much still on the bed, but from his general distracted demeanor, he isn't immediately registering anything else. "Hey Dot, have you seen the--"
He stops, mid-sentence, as he looks up to actually take in the scene before him and blinks, very slowly. It's a long frozen pause while his expression tries to figure out what to do with itself, here.

Lapis freezes when she hears him speak as her brain tries to catch up with what has just happened. She also has a brief thought that maybe she should have locked the door, mixed with the thought that Lambert is apparently extremely rude and doesn't know the value of knocking and that this is all his fault.
no subject
And here they are. Peridot is frozen as well. Her eyes are straining to the side, unable to tear her gaze away from Lambert while he struggles to figure out what to do with his face, she herself experiencing a panic so intense her brain just stops and blanks itself out. This is literally the worst thing that has ever happened to her in her entire life. She is never going to live this down? Her life is ruined. She is never going to be able to look Lambert in the eye again, part of her is thinking that she should shove Lapis off to try to save face but she finds herself quite unable (or perhaps just disinclined, still) to disentangle herself from the other woman, so. Yeah. They're all just going to sit/stand here frozen and stare at each other in silence for a second, Lambert being Lambert, Peridot and Lapis still comically tangled up in each other like a pair of horny teenagers. And as the nanoseconds tick by, fraction by fraction, Peridot's stress levels continue to spike until--
Poof. OUTRAGED SQUEAK.
Because of the way Lapis had her hand up Peridot's shirt, the garment is still suspended in the air, but now there's a bat butt hanging out the end of it, and the rest of Peridot is still trapped somewhere inside of it.
"H-HAVEN'T YOU EVER HEARD OF KNOCKING!?!" the shirt squawks, breaking the silence at last.
no subject
"So ..." he drawls, slow and drawn out. "Since when, exactly, have you been canoodling my sister?"
If he pretends the bat isn't capable of talking, surely that's a valid strategy for pretending it's not Peridot, isn't it?
