this is a terrible idea (closed)

Who: Allen & Tyki
When: Day 170, after Lambert & Sans' message but before Hinawa's gathering
Where: Cookhouse
What: Tyki teaches Allen courtly table manners. This is fine. This'll go fine.
Warnings: Probably violence, eventually. Plus cruel and unusual food-withholding.

Although Allen had acted blase about making Tyki wait, he still isn't looking to aggravate him at the moment. He had given his word, and he'd see it through. Learning this nonsense is for the good of everyone at the Carnival. Besides, he'd get food out of it. So though he doesn't hurry to the cookhouse, he doesn't lollygag, either.

Allen knows better than to hope this would shut Tyki up, however. Oh, he fully expects Tyki will tease him to the ends of the universe for this. He'll just have to make it worth it.

Pushing open the doors of the cookhouse, Allen steps inside, mentally prepared for torture and bullshit.

"I'm heeeere," he calls out flatly.

He's rather thankful that Greysol had such a fine assortment of china to go after and he had 'borrowed' a set after playing off that he had lost his good travel china. So far being a conman had its perks and while he hadn't taken much from Greysol the few necessities had been nice.

So when Allen arrives he's sitting at the table with an assortment of food scattered across it. Along with that there are a lot of cups, one plate, a tablecloth and several forks, knives and spoons all arranged elegantly despite the setting.

"Do come sit down, Allen Walker. While in my presence you will address me as Lord Mikk."

"At this table I am of a higher position than you are. Proper manners desires respect and patience to my requests. You have no title in the society of most hierarchy. I do."

He raises his palm and gestures again to the seat across from him. "Now sit, Mister Walker."
