What: After all the rescues team return, it will be matter of tending to the wounded and getting the hell out of dodge. The Ringmaster can handle the fleeing part, but someone will need to look after those in the medical tent. Or, maybe, you just want to show up and ask what the hell happened.
Warnings: Some messed up consequences of faerie fuckery.

IN REPAIR↴ As the minutes tick past, all four rescue groups will eventually return. Everyone in the carnival is encouraged to help out, ensuring that the rescues and victims both are taken care of after the fact. You can tag in here as rescuers taking care of business around the carnival, victims recovering, or other workers checking in to see what's going on. This log is for general aftermath threads, made by anyone.

He's found himself waking up with a start after a flash of unconscious anxiety. He's not sure what he was just dreaming about, but it leaves him feeling cold and out of place. It's actually good to have someone speak to him soon after, because it brings him back to reality more concretely.

He looks around the tent like he has no idea where he is for a second, and then his eyes hazily settle on Tanyuu. It takes him a moment to settle down again. He reaches up and touches her hand with his weird facetted fingers.

"I... I got confused for a second," he says.

If the state of Steven's hands bothers Tanyuu, she doesn't show it; instead she smiles kindly and coils her tail beneath her to settle by his bed, ready to stay as long as he needs.

"A dream? Or a memory?" Her hand shifts to wrap around Steven's, an attempt to comfort even if he can't feel it through the crystalline scabs. "I can listen, if you need."

"Both... kinda," he says, trying to smile a little, if only to ground himself. "I keep... feeling like I should be somewhere else when I wake up. Like the stuff that happened wasn't real."

Either that the whole Queen thing never happened, or that the rescue part never happened. His mind can't decide which.

"It's a lot to process all at once; it might take a while before things feel 'right'." Tanyuu sighs softly, brows creasing for a moment. "I felt much the same after the vampires attacked the carnival the first time. As if all the things that weren't right would simply shift back into place at any moment."
