What: As the Harbingers reveal themselves, those among the carnival that Creation has chosen will start to discover new powers within themselves. It's because they're magical girls, yo.

HARBINGERS OF VOID↴ On Day 16, the Harbingers begin revealing their new selves... in the form of wreaking havoc on the city! CY-Ren isn't looking for mass panic or serious structural damage - instead she wants constant annoyances and distractions, of the sort that will keep those that might be on her tail distracted from her true plans. However, when Creation is faced with the threat of twelve new Harbingers, it will have to fight in kind... ► HARBINGERS: Your job is to use your powers to create messes for other people to clean up! CY-Ren gives no specific instructions outside of a general framework... flex your powers! See what you can do. Don't destroy the city or anything, but give Creation a run for its money. She needs these civilians alive for her later plans. ► STAR GUARDIANS: Twelve members of the carnival have been chosen by Creation to fight in its name, even if they don't realize it yet. When confronted by the Harbinger's chaos, their Sparks will make themselves known in whatever form is appropriate to the character - and they will be asked if they are willing to use the power of their soul to fight the darkness. How this scene plays out can be flexible, but essentially they will find themselves faced with the question: are they willing to fight for the preservation of life? If they say yes, their Spark will emerge, and they will be able to trigger a magical girl transformation, as you do. ► CHARITY CONCERT: While everyone else is busy with the sudden rise of the Harbingers, CY-Ren's PR team is releasing a statement -- they will say that new information has revealed that there had been bomb threats made against the canceled concert, which are now being blamed for the damages. CY-Ren will make a personal statement, saying that in order to apologize for the failure of her previous performances, a new free to attend event is being planned for the near future - people who had tickets to the previous event and had to go home early get top priority!

[That is the most horrifying and yet fascinating thing he's seen all day. One of these days he's going to want to poke that tongue. Tyki no.]

Do you feel it's a challenge? It's just a matter of fact. When you're the 'bad guy' there is no relaxing. It would be better for a lot of people if you just came back to the carnival. [Despite his words it doesn't stop him from allowing a Tease to slide into his open palm.]

Neither I, nor the others, will be returning, [she cuts back rather coolly, dropping the last of her empty bottles to the ground. She doesn't make ready for battle however-not yet.

In fact she drops the fire-wall blocking the door.] It's a challenge if you plan on making me come back, or getting properly in our way-that's all.

[Hooo! And this is the same bubbly-cheery 'almost paid for the refreshments' lady?! That's a jump.]

Do you gamble, Miss Carly? I do.

[So vicious all of a sudden. That kind of thing always gets his blood boiling. She's a woman and he would rather not hurt her but should never assume that just because Tyki doesn't want to doesn't mean he won't.] To even talk to you right now is dangerous and it is not necessarily my job to bring you back. It's just that you really should come back.

[For now at least, she watches the other rather carefully, eyes shadowed under her mask.] Then you'll have to just realize that I won't-and that you're wrong. I really 'shouldn't, [She shrugs, carrying on.]

...I gamble when I plan to have fun-that's the only time.

[A much larger Tease spreads its wings from Tyki's back and emerges into the air behind him to flit there gently like it was waiting on orders. His other hand outstretches before him with his palm upwards as if offering it to her.]

It would be easier if you came with me for the both of us. Your plan is going to fall through whether CY-Ren likes it or not. This carnival always surpasses extraordinary odds. You've seen it.

[Carly hisses-and immediately coats herself in violet, energy feeding flame, stepping back with narrowed eyes.] That's for you to see for yourself, isn't it? Whether or not we succeed.

And given how necessary it is...

[She brings her hands up-but rather than bringing more fire, she scatters, a strung up hummingbird hovering in her place.] I'm not about to let you try to 'convince' me of the latter being our fate!

[That's interesting. It almost looks like his Dark Matter and he's not sure if that is a Harbinger effect or her own. He kind of wants to touch it but he doesn't get that chance.]

I'm willing to gamble on the carnival's success despite the odds. [The Tease forming out of his hand elongates as he prepares to defend himself but all that is kind of lost on him the moment there is a hummingbird mouthing off at him inside.] Eh...

[YES!! Perfect! Be distracted-because she's running the heck away, actually.

Cowardice? Clearly Not. This was her break, and she's not wasting all the energy she just got back on a fight when she has other things like...tying cars to trees, or bikes to hotdog stands to do.

Important stuff, you know. After that bird? The fire only lingers for a few seconds as she darts off in any case.]
