What: As the Harbingers reveal themselves, those among the carnival that Creation has chosen will start to discover new powers within themselves. It's because they're magical girls, yo.

HARBINGERS OF VOID↴ On Day 16, the Harbingers begin revealing their new selves... in the form of wreaking havoc on the city! CY-Ren isn't looking for mass panic or serious structural damage - instead she wants constant annoyances and distractions, of the sort that will keep those that might be on her tail distracted from her true plans. However, when Creation is faced with the threat of twelve new Harbingers, it will have to fight in kind... ► HARBINGERS: Your job is to use your powers to create messes for other people to clean up! CY-Ren gives no specific instructions outside of a general framework... flex your powers! See what you can do. Don't destroy the city or anything, but give Creation a run for its money. She needs these civilians alive for her later plans. ► STAR GUARDIANS: Twelve members of the carnival have been chosen by Creation to fight in its name, even if they don't realize it yet. When confronted by the Harbinger's chaos, their Sparks will make themselves known in whatever form is appropriate to the character - and they will be asked if they are willing to use the power of their soul to fight the darkness. How this scene plays out can be flexible, but essentially they will find themselves faced with the question: are they willing to fight for the preservation of life? If they say yes, their Spark will emerge, and they will be able to trigger a magical girl transformation, as you do. ► CHARITY CONCERT: While everyone else is busy with the sudden rise of the Harbingers, CY-Ren's PR team is releasing a statement -- they will say that new information has revealed that there had been bomb threats made against the canceled concert, which are now being blamed for the damages. CY-Ren will make a personal statement, saying that in order to apologize for the failure of her previous performances, a new free to attend event is being planned for the near future - people who had tickets to the previous event and had to go home early get top priority!

"Don't tell me that's really what you're working so hard at. Well, this is pretty close ta front row either way. If ya want help causing trouble 'n collecting stuff in the chaos, I don't mind! At least up until the end arrives."

Look, he's ready to share the fun.

He doesn't really have a lot to hide when it comes to his body. It's a little indecent and that is kind of nagging at the back of his mind but he's pushing that aside.

"How generous. Any chance we'll get to see a little of CY-Ren? I felt a little cheated at the concert. I am a fan of her music, after all." Well, he was and kind of still is, but he's no longer a fan of hers. Decent music, rotten person.

Later on he can make it up to him by sharing in more fun. Right now he's letting his left palm open as a Tease slides into it from nowhere.

"It's probably best ta just attend the next charity concert if you're missing her--"

--freezes mid sentence at the sight of the Tease. His gaze flashes between Tyki and his hand a couple times, as if wondering if he knows that's there. He'll absolutely start backing up if Tyki continues to approach.

"U-uh... ya've got a..."

He makes a slightly frantic gesture at Tyki's hand.

These questions are there to gain information. A part of him wants to know if she was in hiding until the actual world ending or if she would be making another appearance.

Shima's sudden stop does make reanalyze the situation and he'll stop his advancement. Has he approached too closely already or is it something else? Body language is everything to him and he'll first look at him for any signs of a trick. Only then does he tear his eyes away to glance in the direction he's pointing.

He lifts his hand with his palm upright. The Tease's wings gently and methodically open and close, "A what?"

Shima is 100% genuinely shuddering in disgust at the gently working ("twitching") butterfly wings, attention riveted there and nowhere else, despite how much Shima doesn't want to be acknowledging it.

"B-bug--! Don't just keep holding it, that's gross!!"

He's got his prayer staff held defensively in front of himself now, as if the butterfly will flap into his face at any second and he has to be ready.

"You mean my Tease?" That's right, it has a name. He lifts his fingers to give it a clear path to walk up and it obliges by following the curve of his hand until it rests there at his fingertips. "I find them rather charming."

Shima will get what he wants as he lifts his hand to give it a little push into the air and it'll flit there between them in a mindless wander.

That's not actually really what Shima wanted because now it's hovering around all like... mobile. The only reason he hasn't smacked it into the ground with his staff is because the instant it left Tyki's finger he skittered back again even farther.

"Eugh, y-ya named it? Is it some kinda demon bug??"

It's probably a good thing that Shima isn't aware of how much they love human flesh, not that he would command them to eat someone from the carnival.

"Kind of," he says in his overly cheerful voice. They were constructed in the same matter that Akuma were just without the nasty soul business. He's advancing again and Shima will find that the Tease starts to flit closer the more Tyki does just to stay in the middle of them. "Want to hold it?"
