What: As the Harbingers reveal themselves, those among the carnival that Creation has chosen will start to discover new powers within themselves. It's because they're magical girls, yo.

HARBINGERS OF VOID↴ On Day 16, the Harbingers begin revealing their new selves... in the form of wreaking havoc on the city! CY-Ren isn't looking for mass panic or serious structural damage - instead she wants constant annoyances and distractions, of the sort that will keep those that might be on her tail distracted from her true plans. However, when Creation is faced with the threat of twelve new Harbingers, it will have to fight in kind... ► HARBINGERS: Your job is to use your powers to create messes for other people to clean up! CY-Ren gives no specific instructions outside of a general framework... flex your powers! See what you can do. Don't destroy the city or anything, but give Creation a run for its money. She needs these civilians alive for her later plans. ► STAR GUARDIANS: Twelve members of the carnival have been chosen by Creation to fight in its name, even if they don't realize it yet. When confronted by the Harbinger's chaos, their Sparks will make themselves known in whatever form is appropriate to the character - and they will be asked if they are willing to use the power of their soul to fight the darkness. How this scene plays out can be flexible, but essentially they will find themselves faced with the question: are they willing to fight for the preservation of life? If they say yes, their Spark will emerge, and they will be able to trigger a magical girl transformation, as you do. ► CHARITY CONCERT: While everyone else is busy with the sudden rise of the Harbingers, CY-Ren's PR team is releasing a statement -- they will say that new information has revealed that there had been bomb threats made against the canceled concert, which are now being blamed for the damages. CY-Ren will make a personal statement, saying that in order to apologize for the failure of her previous performances, a new free to attend event is being planned for the near future - people who had tickets to the previous event and had to go home early get top priority!

[Yukio somehow manages to look unbelievably elegant, striding through the flames in his transformed form. He's resplendent in white and gold and blue, dressed a floor length coat with a blue bow around his neck, blue pants, and thigh-high white leather boots and holding a long gold staff in one hand. His familiar (a pure white snake, with too many glowing blue eyes) is curled around the staff, mouth open and fangs bared as it rests between the weapon's glowing wings. The fae mark around Yukio's eyes glows blue, his pale skin is flecked with gold, and when he speaks his voice has a determination in it that fills the room.]

Harbinger. Put down the juice.

[look he has no idea what he's doing but FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT]

......Well. Carly will simply twist the cap off that bottle. Stick her tongue in (humming birds, see), and-]

That wasn't a request. [He says, stepping forward, his staff held in a way that makes it clear he's ready to beat the shit out of her.]

....And that wasn't a joke, [Carly replies, a few fingers twitching. It seems very much like she just isn't moving....except.

Except, something's coming from behind; her strings from her gown have already long since blended with the ground, what's a few crawling into the cracks of the tiles, the shelves around them-

What's a few strings launching at the other, aiming to restrain? (Well, Yukio no doubt has his own counter to THAT...)]

[He's on the lookout for an attack, for anything swiping or striking from the shadows or anything coming straight at him. You don't last long as an exorcist if you can't pay attention.

Those strings launch at him, and he sidesteps. He has... no counter at the ready, no attack prepared, his first plan was to bluff his way through this confrontation and just chase her out.]

If you want to fight, [he says, just as confident as before.] let's take this outside.

Hmmnn? [The strings 'miss', but they just dart past to embed themselves in the ground between them, creating a thin 'web' wall.] Aren't you the one who started it then? Coming in here when I'm getting a drink like that..!

I even said 'no'! That's not just for getting my drinks, that's for fighting when drinking-don't drink and fight!

Don't talk like that when you know you're the one who started this. [The familiar slides down off Yukio's staff, dropping to the floor as Yukio keeps talking.]

If you want to get yourself a drink, do it like everyone else on the planet and pay for it properly, without terrorizing the employees.

[Carly is growing less and less patient about all of this. Fire gradually begins to lick her wings, spreading along the strings of her very costume, and then the floor around her itself. It is a draining flame, an energy sapping one- one which takes even motivation out from those touching it, though against Creation's forces it's far from as strong of course.

And Carly sighs, as if she were explaining something obvious.] Hmnnnhh...you're not used to this whole heroes and villains thing, are you..? Well, I guess asking me to do the 'right thing' is a 'hero' thing but...

[She smiles, and shrugs, snapping her fingers to get her bow in one hand. The other is still holding her bottle-because yes. She is still drinking that.] Villains don't pay for things~! And the people here aren't hurt anyway, so be happier about that, hmm~?

[reflash]

[Yukio's little snake goes over to check in on the civilians, while Yukio works on keeping Carly distracted. If he can do that, maybe the familiar can help the people get outside.

The flames lick at him as he steps closer, trying to get too close for her to use that bow. He... doesn't know what he's doing. He shouldn't be here. This is the sort of time when he should just give up and let someone else handle things, but there isn't anyone else and he's in over his head (again).]

This isn't some kind of cartoon. [He says, as if there's anything about this situation that isn't absolutely straight out of an anime.] We're not playing at being heroes and villains here, this is real life.

Mmmmh, of course life isn't a cartoon..! [she simply shrugs. For all that she's holding that bow however...she doesn't seem ready to use it. Or even willing. If anything she just seems content to fire up more of the energy sapping flames.]

But acting like it is makes it a lot easier to take the 'ending', wouldn't you say~?

Besides, [she accuses, pointing a finger.] We're both in costumes, with magical powers, in a place that definitely doesn't have that normally~ It's pretty heroes and villains!
