What: As the Harbingers reveal themselves, those among the carnival that Creation has chosen will start to discover new powers within themselves. It's because they're magical girls, yo.

HARBINGERS OF VOID↴ On Day 16, the Harbingers begin revealing their new selves... in the form of wreaking havoc on the city! CY-Ren isn't looking for mass panic or serious structural damage - instead she wants constant annoyances and distractions, of the sort that will keep those that might be on her tail distracted from her true plans. However, when Creation is faced with the threat of twelve new Harbingers, it will have to fight in kind... ► HARBINGERS: Your job is to use your powers to create messes for other people to clean up! CY-Ren gives no specific instructions outside of a general framework... flex your powers! See what you can do. Don't destroy the city or anything, but give Creation a run for its money. She needs these civilians alive for her later plans. ► STAR GUARDIANS: Twelve members of the carnival have been chosen by Creation to fight in its name, even if they don't realize it yet. When confronted by the Harbinger's chaos, their Sparks will make themselves known in whatever form is appropriate to the character - and they will be asked if they are willing to use the power of their soul to fight the darkness. How this scene plays out can be flexible, but essentially they will find themselves faced with the question: are they willing to fight for the preservation of life? If they say yes, their Spark will emerge, and they will be able to trigger a magical girl transformation, as you do. ► CHARITY CONCERT: While everyone else is busy with the sudden rise of the Harbingers, CY-Ren's PR team is releasing a statement -- they will say that new information has revealed that there had been bomb threats made against the canceled concert, which are now being blamed for the damages. CY-Ren will make a personal statement, saying that in order to apologize for the failure of her previous performances, a new free to attend event is being planned for the near future - people who had tickets to the previous event and had to go home early get top priority!

She would not have the disdain you have for the living. [ That was his job No, the Inquisitor held the world, no matter how broken, in higher regard than this. She would not run amuck in the streets with shadow beasts. ]

You are either a phantom or possessing a form which is not yours. [ Either one, he is prepared to cast. ] Why do you seek the end?

It's hardly disdain. They're not lacking meaning in their lives, Solas they're just so full of pain, and suffering. They threaten to break under the weight of it, and I can end it for them. I can ease their suffering. ( She says, with a small shrug. That he is unwilling to accept that this is her is not her problem but his. )

And I believe I just answered that.

[ That thought gets him to falter. A misguided spirit of compassion, as Cole had once did, but with a sentiment he knew all-too-well. The end wasn't all there was to it, however. It was short-sighted and idiotic.

That the words are coming out of this Lavellan-look-alike is something he pointedly tries to ignore. ]

You wish to end it with no intent to try to continue after? What will you do when you stand in the ruins of it all?

You mistake me. I don't plan on surviving at all. I want the same end, I want-- ( She wants to rest, to give up, to not be asked to do anything anymore. Too much has been taken from her, and she cannot see a way to save him. It's too much, and she wants-- she just wants it to end. )

I want to know that I need not have anything else demanded of me, taken from me. That I have done the last thing I will ever do.

[ That sentiment was oddly familiar. There was no way the woman before him, dark and twisted as she was in appearance and outlook, could be Lavellan. She had faith in the world and her life, unlike him. This was a stunt he would be pulling in Thedas if was more reckless in trying to achieve his goals.

He searches her gaze for any hint of regret. Finding none, he asks quietly, ]

What have they done to you?

( It is the quiet question that breaks through her, for a moment. She loved him, before CY-Ren took her position as the sole point of Lavellan's devotion. But this is something she can answer, quiet and as serious as he is. )

I saw that all I had done was in vain. That nothing will change, and I cannot save any of them. Over, and over again until the Void gave me the power to change it. ( Until she accepted it, because it was the only way. ) It is a mercy for them to die by my hand than struggle against their fate.

[ He steps closer and towers over her as he waves a hand over one of her horns. He almost expected it to be an illusion, to falter at the movement, instead of remain firm. ]

Since when have you decided that was a decision for you to make? You have seen little of this world and those that reside in it, [ he remarks, holding his gaze steady on hers. ] Unless you are something beyond what you claim.

[ For if this creature claimed to be Lavellan, they knew little of Wismuth and what would be 'correct' for it. He would find a way to dispel this and the one who did this would pay. ]
