What: After all the rescues team return, it will be matter of tending to the wounded and getting the hell out of dodge. The Ringmaster can handle the fleeing part, but someone will need to look after those in the medical tent. Or, maybe, you just want to show up and ask what the hell happened.
Warnings: Some messed up consequences of faerie fuckery.

IN REPAIR↴ As the minutes tick past, all four rescue groups will eventually return. Everyone in the carnival is encouraged to help out, ensuring that the rescues and victims both are taken care of after the fact. You can tag in here as rescuers taking care of business around the carnival, victims recovering, or other workers checking in to see what's going on. This log is for general aftermath threads, made by anyone.

Susan frowns, although he understands. Lauren just came back, he's obviously changed, and it's a lot to handle, still, though, he wants to help his brother.

"...If you think of it, will you tell me?"

He thinks that over too. He doesn't want to keep things from Susan. At the same time, he knows sometimes sharing everything with Susan isn't always a good idea either.

"Will you get upset if you can't help with it?" he asks finally, looking to Susan again.

He shrugs after a moment's thought.

"I'd be more upset if you didn't tell me, I think. If you tell me I can at least try and help."

He frowns, not completely satisfied with that answer.

"Will you run around telling everyone else about it?"

He frowns. He doesn't see the problem with asking other people to help, not when he's only trying to look out for his brother. He knows his brother is shy though, and it would embarrass him...

"I just want you to be okay."

[mylastchance]

"I want that too. But I think it can happen without everyone knowing exactly what's happening."

[wild_magic]

"...But what if it can't? I might need to ask for help. I won't just say it to everyone! But, we might need to ask someone."

"Ask me first or tell me your idea before you ask someone else."

[wild_magic]

He thinks for a moment before finally nodding.

"Okay. That sounds fair..."

[mylastchance]

Still, he hesitates.

"Promise?" he asks, looking intently at Susan.

"I promise! I won't tell anyone without telling you. I just want to help, making you mad at me won't be helpful!"

[mylastchance]

He looks away, upset that Susan is angry at him, but not entirely sure he doesn't deserve it either.

"Sorry."

[wild_magic]

He's a bit annoyed here but he just sighs before answering.

"For what? You didn't do anything."

[mylastchance]

He just shrugs, staying silent.

[wild_magic]

"...I just want to help. That's all. If you don't want me to I don't have to." He doesn't want Lauren mad at him after all. He just wants things to get better.

"I didn't say that."

[wild_magic]

He frowns and looks away.

"You didn't say it... But you're already getting worried about things that didn't even happen yet. And telling me not to do things."

He sighs, suddenly feeling more tired than ever before.

"You can do whatever you want."

[wild_magic]

He just wants to help, and wants to talk to Lauren. Right now it isn't working though, and it's frustrating, but what else can he do?

"I just want to hug you."

[mylastchance]

"Then do it."

[wild_magic]

He almost rolls his eyes, but still he leans against him again, wrapping an arm around him tightly.

And he hugs Susan back, wondering why he can never say things right.

"I didn't mean to upset you."

[wild_magic]

He shakes his head.

"You didn't, really... I just want you to feel better. I want to do everything I can to do it."

He knows it too.

"... Can we go outside?"

[wild_magic]

He hesitates a moment before answering.

"Yeah, if you want to." He thinks he's done crying for now, so it should be okay.
