Performance and Dreamcatchers

Who: Joker, those working entertainment, and whoever wants to do fun arts and crafts
When: The day after the orientation, and then after the ringmaster's announcement
Where: The Big Tent and one of the side stages, respectively
What: Joker gets his performing ducks all in a row, and then does an arts and crafts corner. As you do. Mingle log!

At around ten in the morning, as he told a few other workers and anyone who'd been listening in on the walkie talkies, Joker starts to radio in those who are working under him to meet up in the big top. Hope you had breakfast and not a hangover! Of course, for anyone who tries not to attend, Joker will cheerfully hunt them down and bother them into going.

Sorry, mandatory, you know how it is.

It's later in the day, after the ringleaders' own announcement, that eventually Joker makes another of himself, this time to the general channel. It's an invitation to one of the side stages to make dreamcatchers together, for anyone who still craves company or simply doesn't know what the hell a dreamcatcher even is. Along with that, Joker has taken it upon himself to make sure signs advertising this are plastered all over the carnival.

He drew them himself. Please appreciate the scribbled stars.

Oh, yeah? How big exactly?

[ Natsu doesn't even bother to wave from his spot down the line. They met last night, after all, but he had no idea Kadin could do something that wild. He wants to know more, though. For, uh, science. ]

[People's curiosity about this put him on edge, but after having talked it over earlier he's gotten a bit better handle on keeping that feeling to himself. No one else seemed bothered by it, and even though they would inevitably change their minds when it happened, that likely wouldn't be until the first show. He can even hope that during his performance many of his coworkers would be busy, leaving only the transient audience members to be shocked and horrified by his feeding habits.

He scratches the back of his neck, looking off to the side slightly.

Well I normally eat goats, but the biggest I've ever swallowed is a pony.

[Not an incredibly fond memory, not that any of his feedings were.]

Goats?! That's amazing!

[ Sword-swallowers are wild enough, but someone who can eat a whole goat? That's gotta be some crazy magic. Natsu is utterly flabbergasted, and, really, there's only one place to go from here. ]

But, like, how?

[He almost flinches at Natsu's reaction, but manages to keep his human half impassive. He can't so easily stop the muscles in his tail from clenching on reflex, pulling the already tight knot smaller and more compact.

There's the unending morbid curiosity nearly everyone in this carnival seems to possess. He hates it, but manages a weak smile in spite of his discomfort. He hopes that combined with the shrug that accompanies it it'll downplay the whole situation. His casual attitude does its best to paint his ability as something unremarkable.

I'm very stretchy.

Yeah, I guess so!! Must come with being all...snaky.

[ There's no disgust in his tone, really, he's just not sure how else to say it. Natsu's not entirely a stranger to folks who look like people with some parts that are less people-like, what with transformation magic and everything, but seeing someone who seems to have a permanent snake tail is pushing a little further into unfamiliar territory. Of course he's gonna ask some questions! And what better place to ask than at an official introduction? ]

I wonder if the carnival has anything to spice that up!
