What: The carnival enjoys a few days in Wismuth, a coastal city on this planet's version of the American east. However, there are a few things very unique about this version of the planet...

Upon arriving, things in Wismuth will seem pretty peaceful. It's a massive city, with no shortage of things going on, but things like violent crime and homelessness are at an all time low. You can wander the streets without much scrutiny, presumed to just be tourists, and most people here come across as helpful and friendly.

► VIBRANCY: The main thing that sets this planet apart is its vibrancy - AKA, the raw creative energy its filled with, flowing from its status as a Pillar of Creation. There is no literal pillar, but Wismuth and its planet is a place where Creation's energy comes through strongest. As a result, everything here feels somehow more real, more intense in a way that's hard to put a finger on. Life is abundant, and its bleeds through in every sensation.

► ATTRACTIONS: There are plenty of things to see while going around the city. First and foremost, there is a lovely beach area bordering the ocean, and a number of tourist aimed attractions built around it. There are giant malls, movie theaters, live stage performances, museums and all kinds of other points of cultural interest. Anything you can do in a big city you can do here, but better.

► ALLOWANCES: The Ringmaster will be giving everyone a reasonable amount of local currency for a few days on the town. You can't make any massive acquisitions with it, but it's more than enough to eat out, see some shows, go to the beach, and whatever you like. You can feel free to pick up some casual supplies, like mundane clothing and souvenirs. There will be more given out later, after the performance week.

► PERFORMANCE: Performance week is starting early this time, after only a couple days of exploration. When the carnival has already been on vacation for a month, the Ringmaster figures they may as well get right to it, and then do more touring afterwards. Members of the local populace will find themselves in the carnival once performances begin, dazzled by the other worldly sights. Magic doesn't seem to exist here, despite the fact that it will flow easier for people bringing it from other worlds.

Reira-quite unlike Jinx-has no idea what to buy, even when she seems to gravitate toward something she likes. On the one hand, as she stops her child-sized motorbike outside yet another tourist shop, she is Definitely staring at the stuffed toys most-that or equally fluffy fuzzy looking memorabilia.

On the other...money and money to spend have been as little a thing in her life as objects in general have been. So she blinks a few times at the window, before preparing to leave-

Before seeing, well...Jinx.

"Woaaaaaa..."

That is so much hair how does one have that much hair-

She sort of wonders, while staring, if she has as much, or less, than Jasper or Nui...

In the end, she decided not to buying anything here. She could do better than what this store had to offer.

Jinx then turned her head to where the voice had come from, raising an eyebrow at them.

"What?"

She looked at herself, wondering if anything was... off. Nope, everything was just fine.

It takes a little bit before she actually answers.

"....'s long..." That's not much of an answer, but she does seem to be staring at Jinx, specifically, with what looks to be sheer child-like awe.

And fortunately realizes that wasn't much of an answer. "Umh-!! You have really really long hair, longer than a lot of people's hair..!!" It's hard to tell if she...Sounds excited, exactly. The tone is right but Reira's voice over-all is rather quiet, like someone who doesn't expect to be allowed to speak. She looks a little embarrassed just announcing what caught her attention as is, practically hiding behind the upper half of her baby blue bike.

"Hey thanks. Been growing it for a while now. It's kind of my thing, you know?" She grabbed one of her pigtails before letting it go. Her hair was absurdly long. It took a long time to brush, comb, wash, and just about do anything with.

But she liked it that way so whatever.

"You uh, okay over there?" Jinx asked, noticing how the other was hiding. And she hadn't even done anything yet!

She is a very Delicate Child- (mostly)

But also she's just that small. She perks up just slightly, and it becomes apparent that she's having a bit of trouble both keeping her head In View like this, while also standing to keep the bike upright. Tiptoes, Reira-!!

"Um-! And it doesn't get stuck, ever?!" She asks, apparently astounded (if not at the very least impressed). "...You never have to have it in a hat..??" She did. For a while. She's sort of not bothered as much lately, as can potentially be seen by the few locks of silver stuck outside her helmet and over the front of her shoulder.

"It's not like this is new for me. I know how to keep it from getting stuck anywhere." Shiro and Kuro did like to play with it every now and then, which was fine.

"And I mean, if I'm gonna have it this long, I may as well show it off. You get what I'm saying?"

And.... ...This is about where Reira's answers will possibly seem less Kid and more Odd. ".............I think.." She does not. "...Is it the same as why people are supposed to wear lots of different things..?"

That's more for hygiene, child- (Though to be fair lots of clothes could certainly be for showing it off)

".....I just never cut it..." Never really thought of it!

"Huh? You wear different clothes because who wants to wear the same crap every day." What kind of question was that supposed to be?

"You don't gotta cut if you don't want to. Wear it however you want! Heck, shave it all off if you want a change."

It was just hair, and it grew back.

There is..............................a blank stare.

A very blank stare. "........I guess I like it there..." This is more than a little confusing, probably. "...I've never thought about those things.... ...I just had them all the time, I guess..." One would think someone would have told her off about that sort of thing long ago, but no, it was just Sort Of There.

"What the hell? Are you messing with me something?" Jinx couldn't really tell.

"How could you not, like..."

How was she even supposed to deal with this?

"Mhnhhh..." Considering her expression she's likely not...but she's also steeply aware that this isn't going very well. At all. And it's never fun to make someone feel...Stuck, in her opinion.

So she'll derail-it's not that hard to change a subject, right? This isn't someone she's seen before, but she definitely hasn't seen anyone with bright red hair outside the Carnival, soooooo...

".......Did you come from the Carnival?" she asks instead, rather obviously switching gears on what they're talking about.

Fortunately for her, it's not that difficult to switch up Jinx's attention. "Yeah. I'm freaking stuck here now thanks to some stupid trick." Nevermind the fact that Jinx had been clearly warned and had every opportunity to prevent any of this from happening.

"But it's okay. Because you know what? I'm supposed to be some kind of daredevil now and it sounds way better than going to school every day."

Whoops. Reira feels a bit awkward, suffice to say-she Made her contract-but it does pass a little... "Oh...Yuugo is a Daredevil..! He uses his d-wheel to do things..." Like drive through hoops of fire or. Something. School, however, is a unique topic, and one she's actually...kind of interested in?

Which is just going to make things weird again. She's not very good at staying off the weird stuff is she? "....Is school bad..?" she asks, blinking. "...I never got to go to the school mom was in charge of... ...I didn't go to any school, actually," the girl admits, blinking. "...Victor said he was going to get books here, so that I could learn things like at a school..."

"Hang on, you're telling me you've never gone to school, either?" This was starting to get weird, now. Jinx didn't like school. She pretty much hated it. But she was pretty sure that it was something everyone needed to do. Like, it was supposed to be super important that you go to school or whatever.

"What the heck did you do with yourself all this time?"

There is an immediate head shake. And... "...Umnh....with myself..?" What does that even mean? Because wow that's confusing. "...Mnh... ...until my 'mom' took me for dueling, I just listened to what the soldiers said... ...there wasn't a school there, just a lot of ruined places..." Which, she at least understands were ruins by this point. Regardless.

"..I didn't get to choose what I did with 'myself', back then..." So...the question is thus confusing. What did she do with herself? Well, there was nothing she could do with herself. She didn't even really have a 'self', arguably.

"Soldiers and... dueling?" Uh, what. Jinx was even more confused than before. "What kind of duels are we talking about?"

"Mnhh... Duel Monsters," she 'explains', not that it's much of an explanation. "...The Fusion Dimension is using 'Solid Vision' holograms of them to attack XYZ... ...so I was supposed to help fight 'Fusion'."

That Makes Even Less Sense.

"No... no." Jinx just shakes her head. "You completely lost me just now."

Ah.

....Maybe more simple-

".........I was supposed to fight in a war..." There. That's about as simple as it gets, right?

"Oooooh! Well why didn't you just say so?" But she had just said so. Just in a way that overly difficult to understand.

"Darn, you're just a kid. That's pretty rough. But at least you don't have to do any of that crap anymore. Now you can just have fun!"

"Mnnnhh... ...well, there's two different wars, and the one 'Mom' took me for is weird, so..." Or well, weird by other standards.

Anyway.

".............'m still trying to learn what I like for 'fun', I think..." It's hard. Finding things you like is Very Hard, Jinx.

"That's fine! Because you know what?" Jinx places her hand over Reira's shoulder, a wide grin on her face.

"If it's fun you're looking for, then look no further!"

Be afraid. Possibly.

Woah.

It takes Reira....a few moments of staring up at Jinx for the words to sink in.

And when they do, the biggest, widest, most excited grin is on her face. "R...Really..? You have ideas, then..!?" She's entirely honest. And trusting.

This can't possibly go wrong.

Jinx just laughed. "Hah! Do I have ideas..." Finally, someone who could appreciate her sense of excitement.

And fun.

"Stick with me and I'll make sure that you never get bored again."

It wasn't an exaggeration, really.

"What do you say?"

Amazing. Someone who has ideas instead of going wide eyed and wondering why she needs to know how fun works.

This is Exactly what she's been looking for (Reira, No-)

Well, the grin is staying suffice to say, and she nods so furiously that her helmet threatens to wobble a bit. "Y-Yeah!! Let's have 'fun' then..!"
