What: The carnival enjoys a few days in Wismuth, a coastal city on this planet's version of the American east. However, there are a few things very unique about this version of the planet...
Warnings: The usual, wholesome fun.

PILLAR OF CREATION↴ Upon arriving, things in Wismuth will seem pretty peaceful. It's a massive city, with no shortage of things going on, but things like violent crime and homelessness are at an all time low. You can wander the streets without much scrutiny, presumed to just be tourists, and most people here come across as helpful and friendly. ► VIBRANCY: The main thing that sets this planet apart is its vibrancy - AKA, the raw creative energy its filled with, flowing from its status as a Pillar of Creation. There is no literal pillar, but Wismuth and its planet is a place where Creation's energy comes through strongest. As a result, everything here feels somehow more real, more intense in a way that's hard to put a finger on. Life is abundant, and its bleeds through in every sensation. ► ATTRACTIONS: There are plenty of things to see while going around the city. First and foremost, there is a lovely beach area bordering the ocean, and a number of tourist aimed attractions built around it. There are giant malls, movie theaters, live stage performances, museums and all kinds of other points of cultural interest. Anything you can do in a big city you can do here, but better. ► ALLOWANCES: The Ringmaster will be giving everyone a reasonable amount of local currency for a few days on the town. You can't make any massive acquisitions with it, but it's more than enough to eat out, see some shows, go to the beach, and whatever you like. You can feel free to pick up some casual supplies, like mundane clothing and souvenirs. There will be more given out later, after the performance week. ► PERFORMANCE: Performance week is starting early this time, after only a couple days of exploration. When the carnival has already been on vacation for a month, the Ringmaster figures they may as well get right to it, and then do more touring afterwards. Members of the local populace will find themselves in the carnival once performances begin, dazzled by the other worldly sights. Magic doesn't seem to exist here, despite the fact that it will flow easier for people bringing it from other worlds.

....everything, I guess. The camera won't run out, so I want to make sure I don't forget anything new I see, and there's lots of things...

Yeah, me too! There's so many things, and then I can show Lauren the things he missed, too, 'cause he's not looking at everything. I don't know if he'll want to see it all, but it's still cool.

[He doesn't have all of his pictures on him, but he does have a few that he reaches into his cloak to find.]

Is he looking at some things at least? [She asks, perhaps a little worried. If he's at least looking at SOME things then...well it's probably okay. As it is, this eager photography roundtable is helping her feel a bit better about talking despite. Things.]

I still have to go to a lot of places here...like the water-it's different from Greysol...it seemed 'gloomy', there. [She's trying a New Word out, Susan. Is it working?]

He's looking some! He just doesn't like being around a lot of people so he doesn't want to come see everything. It's like... Overwhelming, I guess.

I didn't even think of going to the water, though... That sounds fun. Especially if it isn't gloomy. [He's not sure how water can be gloomy honestly, but gloomy water definitely doesn't sound like a good time.]

....But there's people everywhere... [It's sort of been hard to ignore.

But anyway.] Mnh! ...People seem happier...they're going in the water, and swimming, like at the lake... [Really, Greysol in general was just gloomy and dreary. It had that sort of muggy fog atmosphere to it. That said.] ...they all dress like the acrobats and dancers in the carnival though.

[She found that odd. What was wrong with normal clothes, this wasn't a show. those aren't costumes reira they're bathing suits]

[Exactly, people everywhere is why Lauren is needing pictures of everything - it's hard to go out and show him things if he doesn't want to go out. This way is easier. But that aside -]

Maybe I can get Lauren to go there, then... He likes the lake a lot. Although that might be because it's quiet, and there's trees and stuff? But he likes water, because of his magic and stuff.

[Although now he's imagining Lauren dressed like some of the other, flashier performers and he can't help but laugh a little at the image.] I don't know if he'd dress like them, though.

...We can see if it's quiet now, and decide? But there were a lot of people swimming, and talking, and sitting on towels....

That sounds a lot like the beach from this other place we went! Lauren liked that, so, even if there's lots of people, he'd probably still like it...

Hmm!! Then... ...We should definitely look at it again, just to make sure! ...We can see if we need things that way too, right?

Yeah! It would be even worse for him to go and not have everything he needs... He'd get real embarrassed I think. [And as the Responsible Brother he has to make sure everything is prepared for Lauren obviously. Especially if it means getting to have fun at the beach.]

Mnhh...this way, [She almost immediately decides, pointing in a particular direction.] Let's go!

[He nods and follows after her with a grin. He's not sure if her quick decision is because she knows and remembered or because she picked at random, but honestly either way sounds fun so he's okay with it.]

Umnhh...I think so? [Honestly she's still not 100% confident in what the feeling of Fun actually..Feels like.] ...I've been 'happy' mostly, so that means it's been fun, right?
