What: The carnival enjoys a few days in Wismuth, a coastal city on this planet's version of the American east. However, there are a few things very unique about this version of the planet...

Upon arriving, things in Wismuth will seem pretty peaceful. It's a massive city, with no shortage of things going on, but things like violent crime and homelessness are at an all time low. You can wander the streets without much scrutiny, presumed to just be tourists, and most people here come across as helpful and friendly.

► VIBRANCY: The main thing that sets this planet apart is its vibrancy - AKA, the raw creative energy its filled with, flowing from its status as a Pillar of Creation. There is no literal pillar, but Wismuth and its planet is a place where Creation's energy comes through strongest. As a result, everything here feels somehow more real, more intense in a way that's hard to put a finger on. Life is abundant, and its bleeds through in every sensation.

► ATTRACTIONS: There are plenty of things to see while going around the city. First and foremost, there is a lovely beach area bordering the ocean, and a number of tourist aimed attractions built around it. There are giant malls, movie theaters, live stage performances, museums and all kinds of other points of cultural interest. Anything you can do in a big city you can do here, but better.

► ALLOWANCES: The Ringmaster will be giving everyone a reasonable amount of local currency for a few days on the town. You can't make any massive acquisitions with it, but it's more than enough to eat out, see some shows, go to the beach, and whatever you like. You can feel free to pick up some casual supplies, like mundane clothing and souvenirs. There will be more given out later, after the performance week.

► PERFORMANCE: Performance week is starting early this time, after only a couple days of exploration. When the carnival has already been on vacation for a month, the Ringmaster figures they may as well get right to it, and then do more touring afterwards. Members of the local populace will find themselves in the carnival once performances begin, dazzled by the other worldly sights. Magic doesn't seem to exist here, despite the fact that it will flow easier for people bringing it from other worlds.

He doesn't know what he was expecting honestly as he doesn't even bother using the door. He goes right through it in an attempt to make it as less of a break in than it kind of is. Once inside, he'll take a look around with his eyes more than his hands. It's only the photos that he might pick up and look over or the schedule.

Tyki is more of a gentleman not to go through anything that looks like it has clothes through it or her personal bed items. He does find the fridge with ease and will set the leftovers inside with a heart draw on it for good measure. He wanted her to enjoy that later with all the attention he had put into the day. ~~It's okay eagle. He won't be much longer.~~

Once he's inspected the trailer for what it was he'll make his way out and back towards Wismuth with a self note to buy Reira a few stuffed animals and place on her bed later.

Animals, PJs...on the plus, she'll probably adore Literally Any Animal Ever. As it is-Reira will be at the Candy Shop when Tyki returns-actually she's busy angling to take a picture of the enormous lolipop on the entrance, because oh Boy.

Polaroid for this one, of course. But regardless.

"I'm surprised you haven't gone in and browsed already," he says from right behind her because he can be sort of a creep sometimes.

Either way he'll set a gentle hand on her shoulder blades and push her inwards towards the shop in front of him once she's gotten that fond memory. He wants her to see the store first. Only then does he step out from behind her to go pick out a few things he knows Road would like if she did show up. Hell forbid should she show up and he didn't have candy.

"Ah-!" The exclamation is twofold in its use-not just for surprise, but for the fact that she's gently being pushed into the shop itself. The girl stumbles a little, camera dangling off of its wrist strap as she tries to look at Tyki. "Um!! I wanted to wait until you were here..!" she notes, soon letting her gaze be taken by the sweets around them. "Otherwise it'd be hard to find each other..."

And that would just suck.

"Such a polite girl," he responds as he hums gently to himself while trying to recall the candy she likes and what would suit her best. There are a lot of lollipops the size of a child's hand and he'll pick about ten of those for starters, along with a few of the gumballs, and then onto a lot of fruity snacks that'll last for a while. He's been in this store before to watch a few children and parents select things from shelves in order to learn proper conduct so much so that when he picks up the plastic bags to scoop it into them, he'll bundle it up by product separately so it can be weighed at the counter.

"Don't worry. I'll always find you. Family always does."

Was that polite?? She just wanted to be nice, honestly. But as they start wandering the aisles (so many! And it's not even just candy!! There's toys and things sitting around everything too!), she finds herself feeling just a little happier. Family always finds family?

There's...comfort in that, and she finds herself nodding to it. Occasionally she'll linger at one thing or another, curious about what it is, but for the most part she at least tries to stick near Tyki. "Are you getting candy for you, too?" she eventually asks, blinking.

It was, he supposes. He's enjoying these little moments even if they were just generous givings. She was welcomed to pick what she liked. She'd find he'd already was going to get her a few toys and things just for her amusement later.

There's comfort and yet his family at home was always going to be a little more important. They were the ones he'd kill over and kill for. "For my niece mostly." He also gets a large bag so he can fish in the usual bon bons in confectionery paper he's use to eating and giving to Reira and some small kids. "See anything you want?"

Honestly, she's...a little overwhelmed by that question, looking up rather wide-eyed from a large collection of incredibly round cats. She.

She doesn't know. At all.

What has she gotten herself into!? "....Umnh.... ...The sticks that say watermelon..?" She's here for candy, she reminds herself. Candy.

Um, Reira... this is where most kids usually have an opinion without any constraints. The fact she's not already grabbing something worries him and he wants to pat her head. He doesn't in favor of entertaining what she says.

He's even going to squat gently to get on her level, "Get some then. Anything else?"

"Umnhhh..." This is very hard. She has her tiny fists balled up near her face in indecision, and the little one chews her lip a bit.

"...How long does candy last?" she finally whispers, desperately seeking out her 'upper limit'.

Reira please. Just pick some candy. It isn't hard. You don't have to put logic into everything.

"Some for a while. Some for only a couple of weeks. Anything that uses milk generally has a shorter date. It's okay, honestly. Just pick anything that catches your eye."

Just...pick what catches her eye...okay...Okay, she can probably do that right? Yeah, definitely!

"Mhhh...then...this one..." she starts, quietly thinking about which ones to eat first or last. "And...this one..." She 's. Slowly pointing at various candies. Slowly.

But she is pointing and it is more than just one or two, so this is definitely an improvement already! It's very hard to just go after what looks good, see.

Oh, she's actually deciding now. Finally. He was starting to worry a little just how far her social interaction was stunted.

He follows her lead finally and grabs a bag to start dolling a pound of each she points out into the appropriate bags. He did say she can have what she wanted and he was quick to oblige her, "Anything else?" He'll even get them at a discounted rate at this point for buying so much.

Slowly and surely, she certainly is. It's still rather hesitant, but she is definitely making her way through the aisles and trying NOT to think about how much or how many of each there is, or is purchased, or...

"Umn...these ones look like eggs...and..." And she was just reaching the end of the wrap-around aisle, when she spotted...

That.

About two feet across, it's enormous, and sitting plump and round on top of the lolipop stand.

She absolutely cannot take her eyes off it. "..............that's big..."

It's kind of adorable to see that wonder come out he thought was lost but that was the point of all of this, and giving her gifts suited for kids. He wanted her to feel like a kid so that precious youth was not lost.

He has an arm full of candy and he's letting the loops hang off his fingers like he's done this far too many times. He chuckles as he follows her gaze and reaches up to pluck it off the top and hand it to her, "Alright, this toy as well then."

Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasp-

Reira looks rather like someone plucked a cloud from the sky and handed it to her, rather lost in the stare at the enormous stuffed pillow thing that is now in her grasp. It's not actually until she realizes that Tyki is already at the cash register that she. Realizes what's happening.

"UMN-!" Well. "...ok." SHE OWNS THIS NOW, SHE SUPPOSES.

Spoiled rotten now.

It takes a little while for everything to be wrung up given there are a lot of individual bags, he wants them kind of tapered off with twist ties and mini hooks for freshness, and everything has to be weighed. He points to the stuffed pillow pal in her hands and has her ring that up as well. He'll even ask for a separate bag for Reira's stuff.

At no objections when he makes his way back over he'll pat her head gently, "You can likely hug that while you drive your bike. I can drop the candy off at your trailer."

The fact that she can, in fact, hug this on the bike, seems to deflate any lingering sensations of hesitation and guilt immensely. The smile on her face widens, and Reira nods- unable to really let the burst of cheer go this time.

"Y-Yeah..! Umn- so we're both going back there now, then?" They've had their food, the candy trip...it feels a bit like that means the outing is coming to a close, not that it wasn't Well Worth It.

Ah, she looks happy. That's what he wanted to see. He doesn't want her to feel guilty and she could consider this a treat if anything else. Just don't get too comfortable and fall asleep on side bike because of comfortable pillow pal.

"If you want. You can stay in Wismuth if you like. It is only shortly after noon." He did have things to do for now and it was better if he was doing this solo.

The girl nods. "I have to make sure all the animals get lunch too," she explains, pushing her stuffed toy against her bike as she prepares to get on. "Otherwise they might get upset, or sick." Important Jobs!!

"Umnh...thank you for all of the candy, and the food, and the pillow, though..!!" Reira that's a stuffed toy not a pillow (much as it is like one).

"It was a pleasure like usual." He knows what she does otherwise and while he missed seeing her more often he'd rather stay away from the animals for now. He was rather good with them but it was never something he liked to take responsibility for unless it was an animal he really liked.

"Do enjoy the rest of your day."

"Yeah..!!" The engine of the bike starts off, and she continues to smile even as she prepares to take off. "You too!!"

Make sure to make the best of it- with that, she'll be driving off to do her job!
