What: The carnival enjoys a few days in Wismuth, a coastal city on this planet's version of the American east. However, there are a few things very unique about this version of the planet...
Warnings: The usual, wholesome fun.

PILLAR OF CREATION↴ Upon arriving, things in Wismuth will seem pretty peaceful. It's a massive city, with no shortage of things going on, but things like violent crime and homelessness are at an all time low. You can wander the streets without much scrutiny, presumed to just be tourists, and most people here come across as helpful and friendly. ► VIBRANCY: The main thing that sets this planet apart is its vibrancy - AKA, the raw creative energy its filled with, flowing from its status as a Pillar of Creation. There is no literal pillar, but Wismuth and its planet is a place where Creation's energy comes through strongest. As a result, everything here feels somehow more real, more intense in a way that's hard to put a finger on. Life is abundant, and its bleeds through in every sensation. ► ATTRACTIONS: There are plenty of things to see while going around the city. First and foremost, there is a lovely beach area bordering the ocean, and a number of tourist aimed attractions built around it. There are giant malls, movie theaters, live stage performances, museums and all kinds of other points of cultural interest. Anything you can do in a big city you can do here, but better. ► ALLOWANCES: The Ringmaster will be giving everyone a reasonable amount of local currency for a few days on the town. You can't make any massive acquisitions with it, but it's more than enough to eat out, see some shows, go to the beach, and whatever you like. You can feel free to pick up some casual supplies, like mundane clothing and souvenirs. There will be more given out later, after the performance week. ► PERFORMANCE: Performance week is starting early this time, after only a couple days of exploration. When the carnival has already been on vacation for a month, the Ringmaster figures they may as well get right to it, and then do more touring afterwards. Members of the local populace will find themselves in the carnival once performances begin, dazzled by the other worldly sights. Magic doesn't seem to exist here, despite the fact that it will flow easier for people bringing it from other worlds.

A - Passing Rider

[With the ever important performance week not too far ahead of them, Yugo doesn’t waste time in hopping onto his D-Wheel and taking to the streets. Time to have a different kind of fun!

On this occasion he’s letting Clear Wing accompany him in a more tangible fashion, so if you squint then one might see that the fae glamor disguises the tiny dragon as a white-scaled iguana. With his own allowance from the Ringmaster on hand, one might run into him munching at the local cuisine or looking through the auto shops for anything interesting that might catch his eye.

It’s not every day that the local populace gets to see a biker tourist with a "giant" pet lizard riding on their shoulder.]

B - Peeking Goblin [CW: Someone being a naughty boy]

[Alternatively, it seems even Yugo can’t resist the lure of the beach. Clear Wing is sunning themselves in true reptile fashion on the sand. Meanwhile Yugo was able to get his hands on a beach chair and a pair of low-rise swim trunks that accommodate for his changes beneath the glamor. Though instead of taking a dip into the shallow parts of the water like one might’ve expected Yugo to be doing here, he’s just lounging on his seat… leaning back awfully far just to watch girls pass b-

Oh.

... It wouldn’t take much more than a nudge to tip him and his chair over entirely, if you wanted to.]

C - Speed Drift [Open/Free-for-All]

[And so begins performance week! Despite all the relaxation from the vacation days, Yugo made sure to keep his stunt biking skills in tip top shape for his turn in the spotlight. He revels in the crowd’s awe at the his physics-breaking and seemingly death-defying tricks, fist pumping along the way. But hey, if there's no work for you to get done at this time and you’re part of the crowd because you wanted to see what one the carnival’s rare few daredevils can do-]

Yeahhh!! Still want more? What do you wanna see next!?

[Then you have the chance to make your voice ring louder than the cheering.

Once his routine is over, Yugo’s more than easy to find if you’re looking to talk or just congratulate him on a show well done.]

[Also at the beach is Rita, accompanied by her Litten, Francis, who's been glamoured to look like a slightly more ordinary cat. She wears a fairly simple two piece swimsuit that accentuates all zero of her curves, along with a pair of sunglasses in place of her usual goggles.]

[She sees the way Yugo's ogling various girls, and it immediately gets her temper to a boil. Without delay, she stomps right over and gives his chair a sharp kick to knock it all the way over, hopefully landing hard.]

[And Yugo upon getting tipped over makes an undignified yelp, but the force of that kick seems to be enough that he and the chair flip over entirely into the sand. He's very top heavy after all.

His small dragon companion doesn't do much other than peer from their spot at the commotion- then apathetically turn away.]

Oi...! What?!?

[Francis looks on with his usual flat stare while Rita scowls at Yugo, her hands on her hips.]

What do you mean, what? You deserved it!

Er.. well um...

[Yugo fumbles to find an answer as he gets back to his feet. What does he say? Pretend this is Yuzu readying a barrage of fan whacks? Or perhaps more accurately Rita might hit him in the face like Serena does.]

Sorry? Not that I was hurting anyone or anything...

You should be! Hmph. [Rita folds her arms, seemingly confident that violence was the only answer in this instance.] Acting like a sleazebag the minute you get the chance...

[Because naturally he would rile up into being as indignant as possible if they're adding name calling into this.]

I can spend my downtime however the hell I want!

[For the most part, Yuya's intent to just enjoy Wismuth in all its wonder, just like the moon. But there's one conversation from their vacation that nags at him a bit, and he decides the day before their performances start to confront it and get it off his mind.

Who knows, maybe it's on Yugo's too. So when he sees him around the city he quickly abandons whatever it was he was looking at and waves an arm frantically for his attention.] Yugo, hey!

[Yuya's caught Yugo just in the middle of some casual window shopping, so it doesn't take much more than that plus Clear Wing's grunt for him to notice him.]

Oh hey, Yuya...!

[Though so far the synchro teen doesn't seem to be dwelling on such things as much as Yuya does, not looking bothered by anything at all while exploring the city.]

What's up?

[Yuya stops ands catches his breath, offering Yugo and Clear Wing a smile.] Not much. I've just been running around... it's a cool city.

[And surprisingly not spending his money... yet. He plans to blow it all on silly stuff before performance week.

He straightens up.] What about you?

Same here. And it's still pretty amazing sometimes to see the different kinds of places the carnival takes us to!

[His grin in return comes as easily as it always does. Or maybe even more so. As someone typically thrumming with passion for life, it's an interesting thrill to almost feel a similar... feedback of the same energy in their surroundings.

Or something along those lines.]

Were you looking for me for a while?

[That's right, Yugo's been doing this a lot longer, hasn't he. Maybe longer than Gongenzaka, he's never really asked has he...?]

Uh--no, not really. [He rubs the back of his neck.] But there is something I wanted to ask you about anyway.

[He stuffs his hands in his pockets, as if this is a casual conversation (it's not).] It's not a big deal, I guess, I was just thinking about it.

Yeah?

[Now he's curious at the very least. Just as casually Yugo leans a bit against the building they're standing next to. Short of finding a place to sit if this turns into a longer conversation, it's better than standing around on the sidewalk.]

Well if you've had it on your mind, then sure- what is it?

[While Yugo is glancing through the crowd, he might see the resident Stage Manager passing through the aisles- partially to make sure that everything goes fine in the stands and to get a good view that ensures he can look out for his performers. Once he's caught Yugo's eye, however? He nods to one person deep within the crowd that's definitely bouncing up in her seat.]

[It's a short girl, maybe in her teens, with a thick curly afro that partially obscures her eyes, and she has her hands cupped around her mouth.]

A- A wheelie! Where you're going backwards!

[It's up to Yugo if he decides he can do it, or even if he wants to, but hey. Nothing wrong with indulging if it's possible, right?]

[He grins, confidence far from shaken. Who is he to deny the crowd when he's got the skills to back up his own boasting? Yugo shifts the gears on his D-Wheel and soon enough he has the bike starting a lap around the ring in reverse- then he just needs a tiny push from the pneumatic launch mechanism and...

BAM! Backwards wheelie! Yugo's even spinning a small circle like it's a rearing horse.]

[Driving backwards seems to get more than a couple in the crowd to cheer and clap- hey, sometimes people love the simple stuff! Yet when the backwards wheelie happens, then there's even more applause.]

[Notably, especially from the girl who'd called for it in the first place. She's practically glowing with delight as she calls out and whoops, hopping up in her seat to add to the chorus of clapping.]

[Joker can't clap, on account of missing one half of the equation, so he just gives a whistle and laughs. Making the audience happy is half the fun.]

B is for Booty

[Yugo is lucky enough not to get trampled, tipped, or otherwise tampered with by Foster, for once.

At least not in a physical way.

What happens instead is--

What happens instead is that as Yugo leans way, way, waaaaay back in his chair, a brown-skinned face with blue eyes and blond curls leans over him, regarding him with a critical squint--and a surprisingly light tone.]

You should wear sunglasses for that.

[With just that indeed, Foster doesn't have to do anything to make Yugo startle and tip unceremoniously tip himself over. It probably is a sign that he really needs to get better at this. Or not?]

You...!

[Actually rewind that.]

I mean... sunglasses? Huh, never thought of that.

[Foster steps back--a little clumsily, because of course with the glamour, he's got two legs, but without it he has four.

But he steps back and manages to avoid coming into any physical contact with Yugo at all, which is pretty good.

And he crouches down, still leaning over the teen--now with a canny smile.]

If you're good, you can pretend to be asleep.

[He would be far more comfortable looking at that sort of smile on Foster while he's right side up, so picking himself up off the sand is exactly what Yugo does.]

Yeah? I'll definitely keep that in mind.

[And then while he's brushing himself off a bit of sand...]

Almost sounds like you've done this sort of thing yourself.

Sometimes you don't have anything better to do.

[Foster replies offhandedly, though there's still the ghost of a smile as he speaks.

He's not making eye contact--he's staring somewhere off to in her peripheral vision.]

Also, I keep bad company.

Hah, it's more company compared to what I'm used to having back home.

[Because Foster certainly wasn't in a single cabin all by his lonesome.]

Not that it felt like I needed any more than the one friend I had at the time... but it's nice having more than that thanks to the carnival.

[So far so good. What made him get fed up with this guy again? It's slipped his mind.]

[Yeah, sorry, Yugo, Yuzu's gonna have to put a stop to this, using her foot to tip Yugo back so that they're face to face.]

And just what are you doing, hm?

[He's been caught, so now the only option he has short of hoping he could momentarily outrun her is attempting to talk his way out of this... but boy that's not gonna be easy...]

I was uh... just thinking about Rin and how nobody else really compares to her... you know? Hahah...!
