MOON WALKING↴ The journey to the moon only takes a blink of an eye, but it leaves the carnival far away beneath you. The second moon can be seen on the peripheral, massive compared to its usual view. At least when the holidays start out, there will be no notable wildlife on the moon, though this is something you can talk to the Ringmaster about if you think it needs a change. It sounds like this is the first time she's used it in quite a while - it probably needs some dusting off! Claim your cabins, and proceed to... well, do whatever you want! There is no rush and little obligation, besides to enjoy yourself. For real, this time. She promises there will be no vampires. Or, at least, none that don't already work for the carnival. ► CABINS: Living arrangements are character choice for this event, and there are a variety of cabins of various sizes, mostly built to house 2-6 people, though you can fit more in if you squish. They are all made of wood and of a rustic design - no fancy modern furniture, here! Each building is housed with a fireplace and the needed amenities. You can pick up materials to cook with the private kitchens if you like. Theoretically, you could spend the whole holiday sequestered away, watching the snow fall. Some of them also have outdoor hot tubs available! ► ACTIVITIES: Activities are mostly going to be character driven, though there will be some large group games like bingo and maybe a poker tournament happening at some point in one of the festival halls. Otherwise, there is a lot to offer: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, ice sculpting, snowball fights - it goes on! If you'd like to run a winter activity, just let the mods know, and we will get the word out there for you. ► FEASTING: Every day isn't a full-out feast because that would get a bit unhealthy, but there will be a number of specific feast events over the holidays where everyone is encouraged to let out their inner hedonist and stuff themselves. There will be one big feast per week, with smaller but also delicious meals offered in between. The feast dates will be B12, B18, and B24. There's also plenty of alcohol available for anyone who wants it. ► SHOPPING: As mentioned in the planning post, there is a massive market being run by the World Walker Caravan! The Ringmaster has given everyone 1250 credits to spend on items, but there is a caveat - must spend at least 500 of those credits on gifts for other people. And it better be a good one, if you only buy one! (She will ask that you do not buy her presents, however. She appreciates the sentiment, but it seems sort of silly buying her things with her own money! If you'd like to gift her, please have it be something more personal or handmade, but you are not obligated to get her anything at all.) ► TREATMENTS: The beginning of the holidays will also be about the time that the emergency Medical Team will have finalized their treatments for the Prince's poisoning. Watch out for further information on that - and make sure to get treated if you are suffering from petrification or poison induced illness! The holidays will be a lot more fun that way.

[Huh, did he mean for the words to come out in exactly that order? He feels like he might have missed one. Or three. Whatever, it doesn't really matter. What matters is the drink he's just taken a swig of, and Joker ignores the strain to his wings hooked over the edge of the tub to just... sink back a little.]

Christ... That's.... A herb garden. To the dirt.

[He sinks down to his mid chest with the intention of soaking his own wings and the back of his neck. He doesn't have to worry about anything else when it comes to the petrification.

He sighs contently at the water before kinking a brow up at Joker's comment.] Is it?

[Well, speaking of bad decisions he's just going to open his and swirl it a little before he just places it to his lips and downs the entire thing right there in front of him with no restraint. Time to knock it all out at once. This is totally fine, right? In his defense no one told him not to do it all at once. Just not to do it in the spas.]

[If not for the wave of intoxication that has slammed into him and dragged him via a riptide of booze away from the shores of sobriety, Joker could confirm that, yes, that's exactly what it tastes like.]

[By the time he resurfaces to his senses, however, Tyki just downs the whole thing, and Joker bursts out cackling. Bad idea- he nearly tilts forward and, if not for his wings, he'd fall facefirst into the water.]

[So that was good planning there.]

That's one way ta do it!

[Not that Tyki needs a verbal confirmation as the moment he tastes such horrid atrocity that is a herb garden he's just going to choose for that liquid not to touch his tongue any longer. It's likely why he's able to chug it all down without any sense of care of how strong it is.

This just all chalks down to him being a bit over cocky when it comes to the fact he can't get drunk. Well, time to learn another lesson as it hits him hard and makes him twitch his fingers around the object it was stored it. Yeah, yeah he's putting that aside before he drops it as his entire body shivers.] Damn.

[At least he's grinning wide now with a sense of feeling absolutely nothing at all.] Now that's a solid drink.

It does its job well~.

[Getting rid of poison or getting rid of their sobriety? Yes. Slumping against the wall of the tub, Joker cradles his cheek in one hand and grins lazily over to Tyki. The initial rush of the alcohol is carrying him through so far; good for it. He doesn't need to be down right now.]

Oh, we're gonna regret this.

[Said like that's... a good thing?]

I might have to ask for more later or something at least a little more tasteful.

[A little poking around will get the finer information from them concerning Lambert's use of alcohol. His guard is way too low for comfort right now but he doesn't seem to mind with his head resting back and his body sinking more into the odd feeling slime. Already he can feel a tingle of his back and the tightness relieving the longer he stays in it.]

But it is worth it~ ♥

Oh, ya say that now~. [Joker leans closer the further Tyki sinks, wings keeping him from sliding too deep into the slime.]

We'll see how ya feel come mornin', ha! Or even tonight.

[Alcohol is a terrible thing.]

I don't know. A little pleasurable experience normally comes with it drawbacks later but is always worth it in my experience!

[It's a bold proclamation on his part but he's terribly honest right now. The Cure made him feel better than he had in weeks and it was a hard kick to drop.]

Hangover or not. That is the real question.

Oh, we're gonna get one. We're gonna get a hell of a one, s'matter of fact. Liquor this good always kicks ya on the way out.

[Sinking back, he laughs up at the air.]

Like someone who wants ya out of the house before the rest of their family gets home.

Expect a call in the morning then with me blaming you for making me indulge in such an unprofessional tactic.

[Like chugging it wasn't entirely his own fault.]

Or a father that nearly caught me sleeping with their daughter~

[Accept your bad life choices like a man, Tyki.]

Last time I tried sleepin' with a father's daughter, he tried choppin' my head off instead of just kickin' me, ha!

If you're innocent then I'm a saint, Joker.

[He'll do it in the morning when he's more sober. Right now he's just suddenly barking laughter.]

I've had far too much practice to get caught. They say one can loose their head over a woman.

I'll be sure ta pray ta ya then~.

[He'd say more on Tyki and religion, except he's suddenly cackling far louder than that joke warrants, and his wings flap hastily to keep him from tipping over sideways.]

Oh, can't they! But fortunately my head is still firmly on my shoulders~.

At least I'm listening unlike others you might pray to.

[He says in a FAR TOO HONEST way due to the fact being drunk is having that effect on him. The laughing from Joker causes him to start laughing and it is only when another approaching soul starts to wander close will his finger go to his lips.]

Shh, shh, Ginko is coming. We don't wanna startle him.

Oh, I don't doubt it~.

[And, unfortunately, Joker is just about as honest. If not for the way they both get caught up in a laughter fit, well- it's for the best. Falling back into giggles, he leans closer to Tyki with a grin.]

Oh. Oh, this won't startle him. Y'know what startles him?

[Oh, gossip. He rather enjoys gossip and delicious information. It's why he's leaning into Joker for that well earned discussion and mini dirt. Not that he'd want to actually startle Ginko. A man like him almost looked like he'd bolt at being uncomfortable.]

What, Joker? What startles him~

[Loose lips sink sips. Or, well, exasperate a certain animal keeper. It's fine.]

I was tryin' ta tell him how handsome he was some stops ago, and ya should have seen the look on his face!

[His grin is getting wider the more he's told about Ginko and the man has already made a rather good impression on him for being so gentle and understanding. He snerks almost crudely.]

He does sort of have a nice appeal to him, doesn't he? Not pretty like you but nice to look at for sure.

[At this rate Ginko might walk out if he walks in on them talking about him.]

[Ginko will just have to deal with that.]

Oh, yeah, he's not pretty, he's handsome. [Very important distinction.] But you know what he thought every time I talked about his good looks? That I was makin' fun of him.

[Is he whining? Oh, he's whining. It's unbelievable that such a smart man could be so dumb sometimes.]

I had ta take drastic measures.

You don't say. I suppose some people just don't understand a good compliment when they hear it.

[Which kind of baffles him because usually when someone is given a compliment they usually like it. Everyone now a days seems so insulted or disturbed from getting one.]

I have no doubt you did.

Ha, well, we all got our issues.

[Ginko can't understand how attractive he is, Joker is a murderer, you know.]

But seein' him get cute at the right compliments- it's the best. Ya outta see it.

You can say that again.

[And Tyki is responsible for countless deaths in the hundreds and if his family has their way, complete genocide.]

Alright. I'll try it out sometime. [He says in a slurred way. Tyki's on the verge of taking a nap when he shouldn't with his head back, throat exposed, and body sunk down to his chin.]

I wanna be there.

[But for now, relying on his wings, Joker leans forward a little more with a wide grin.]

Goin' ta sleep~?

[It makes him laugh under his breath at Joker wanting to be there for Ginko's soft misery.

But one eye will crack open at his question.] I was thinking about it given I can't exactly drown. [Unless his power deactivates even if it was always passively active.] But your tone implies you'll do horrid things to my body if I do.

I'm hurt ya would think I'd be anythin' but a guardian angel~.

[Getting described as that makes him break into laughter so hard that he nearly slips into the water himself.]
