The journey to the moon only takes a blink of an eye, but it leaves the carnival far away beneath you. The second moon can be seen on the peripheral, massive compared to its usual view. At least when the holidays start out, there will be no notable wildlife on the moon, though this is something you can talk to the Ringmaster about if you think it needs a change. It sounds like this is the first time she's used it in quite a while - it probably needs some dusting off!

Claim your cabins, and proceed to... well, do whatever you want! There is no rush and little obligation, besides to enjoy yourself. For real, this time. She promises there will be no vampires. Or, at least, none that don't already work for the carnival.

► CABINS: Living arrangements are character choice for this event, and there are a variety of cabins of various sizes, mostly built to house 2-6 people, though you can fit more in if you squish. They are all made of wood and of a rustic design - no fancy modern furniture, here! Each building is housed with a fireplace and the needed amenities. You can pick up materials to cook with the private kitchens if you like. Theoretically, you could spend the whole holiday sequestered away, watching the snow fall. Some of them also have outdoor hot tubs available!

► ACTIVITIES: Activities are mostly going to be character driven, though there will be some large group games like bingo and maybe a poker tournament happening at some point in one of the festival halls. Otherwise, there is a lot to offer: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, ice sculpting, snowball fights - it goes on! If you'd like to run a winter activity, just let the mods know, and we will get the word out there for you.

► FEASTING: Every day isn't a full-out feast because that would get a bit unhealthy, but there will be a number of specific feast events over the holidays where everyone is encouraged to let out their inner hedonist and stuff themselves. There will be one big feast per week, with smaller but also delicious meals offered in between. The feast dates will be B12, B18, and B24. There's also plenty of alcohol available for anyone who wants it.

► SHOPPING: As mentioned in the planning post, there is a massive market being run by the World Walker Caravan! The Ringmaster has given everyone 1250 credits to spend on items, but there is a caveat - must spend at least 500 of those credits on gifts for other people. And it better be a good one, if you only buy one! (She will ask that you do not buy her presents, however. She appreciates the sentiment, but it seems sort of silly buying her things with her own money! If you'd like to gift her, please have it be something more personal or handmade, but you are not obligated to get her anything at all.)

► TREATMENTS: The beginning of the holidays will also be about the time that the emergency Medical Team will have finalized their treatments for the Prince's poisoning. Watch out for further information on that - and make sure to get treated if you are suffering from petrification or poison induced illness! The holidays will be a lot more fun that way.

Anghel seems to have fallen into a plot hole, one that he'll have to work on at a later date. Anghel knows he has must beware of temptation to keep from falling once again. But it's equally true that Rufa is what can draw Himnesia out.

Still, he supposes that the Zephyr's Herbalist makes a valid point and Anghel does need to arm himself before he ventures too far. So far, this land has been safe but the Crimson Angel must always be on his guard.

He asks, "Have you accomplished the task laid out before you?"

If so, please give him advice about how to shop for strangers.

Don't worry, Anghel. She seems strangely adept at pointing out Plot Holes in pretty much everyone's lives. (At least he stands a chance at working his out, though)

Reira is ever eager to offer some advice though, and she nods furiously. All the better to help her new Angel Friend, right? "Um! A little-there's still people I can't find things for...and people that I don't know really well either. But I got paint to make them cards," she explains, pointing inside the store. "...It was magic, so that's still something..." Hmmm. Bit of a dilemma.

"....I guess... ...you could find things that you think people need, no matter what. That way, it works."

Anghel's still not confident in his abilities to buy good presents.

"I will obtain the weapon." Anghel declares. He looks at Reira questioningly. "Would you guide me as I venture into these uncharted lands so that I may fulfill my quest?"

Will Reira help him decide what to buy?

"Yeah-!!" To the weapon, first. But to the request of assistance, well! Reira nods, at least slightly more confident in her ability to note things that Look Pretty Nice. She sort of wonders how many different things are going to show up now that she's with Anghel, actually. It feels like a brand new perspective on things! (Wow!)

"Umn, I can't help to choose someone you give things to, but I can help find things that would work, I think..!"

"I see now that this trial is not one that is meant to be overcome alone. The objects which remain hidden from my sight, but those the Purveyor wishes to provide for are close by." With that said, Anghel marches into the shop buy the pen. He gets a pencil and an eraser as well.

Hm! "Hard things are easier in a group," she agrees, waiting for the other. "Umnh.... ...Oh! Now you're really ready, if you have all three..!" ~The Full Set~ "...The things in this store are...pretty small. There's a bigger armor store, and then a place for 'special' things... ...But I think I saw some other nice things in the back of this one..?" Hard to say-people were all rushing around, and she was a little preoccupied with the pet store. Well, regardless.

"...We can probably find things though." Probably.

They'll figure it out, and then someone can be surprised later.

Anghel decides too look through the back of the store first and ends up selecting a Wireless Texting Ring and a Cloud Bed as gifts.

"Would these help ease the path of our allies?" he asks Reira.

[[You'd be allowed to re-gift that since it's a relatively unique item, if anyone else was on Anghel's gift list...]

"Hmnn..." Woah, now those are neat things- She looks them over for a moment, before blinking at the ring. "Umn-I think that one has to come in 'twos'," she notes. "...That way people can talk better... ...But it does look sort of neat, otherwise, so I think it'll help!" And someone could just sleep on a cloudbed. Which is Extra Nice.

Anghel grins at her approval, clearly pleased that he managed to pick something nice out. Even if Anghel doesn't buy another ring, it's bound to still be useful right?

"I must complete the path to properly use them," by which Anghel means he still needs to pay for these things. He does that, handing over the money before making his way back to Reira. "Come! There is nothing more for us here."

He wants to look around in other places now.

"Right!" Yes, paying for these would be a good idea- "So....which store next, then..? ...There was one with animals, and one with lots of weapons and armor...." She pauses, thinking.

"There was also a lady who had lots of different metals. She helped me make a floating bone for Papyrus..!" It was, naturally, made of metal.

But yes-they have other places to see, and buy from! And maybe if Reira herself is lucky she can spot something she wants for her own friends too.
