MOON WALKING↴

The journey to the moon only takes a blink of an eye, but it leaves the carnival far away beneath you. The second moon can be seen on the peripheral, massive compared to its usual view. At least when the holidays start out, there will be no notable wildlife on the moon, though this is something you can talk to the Ringmaster about if you think it needs a change. It sounds like this is the first time she's used it in quite a while - it probably needs some dusting off!

Claim your cabins, and proceed to... well, do whatever you want! There is no rush and little obligation, besides to enjoy yourself. For real, this time. She promises there will be no vampires. Or, at least, none that don't already work for the carnival.

► CABINS: Living arrangements are character choice for this event, and there are a variety of cabins of various sizes, mostly built to house 2-6 people, though you can fit more in if you squish. They are all made of wood and of a rustic design - no fancy modern furniture, here! Each building is housed with a fireplace and the needed amenities. You can pick up materials to cook with the private kitchens if you like. Theoretically, you could spend the whole holiday sequestered away, watching the snow fall. Some of them also have outdoor hot tubs available!

► ACTIVITIES: Activities are mostly going to be character driven, though there will be some large group games like bingo and maybe a poker tournament happening at some point in one of the festival halls. Otherwise, there is a lot to offer: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, ice sculpting, snowball fights - it goes on! If you'd like to run a winter activity, just let the mods know, and we will get the word out there for you.

► FEASTING: Every day isn't a full-out feast because that would get a bit unhealthy, but there will be a number of specific feast events over the holidays where everyone is encouraged to let out their inner hedonist and stuff themselves. There will be one big feast per week, with smaller but also delicious meals offered in between. The feast dates will be B12, B18, and B24. There's also plenty of alcohol available for anyone who wants it.

► SHOPPING: As mentioned in the planning post, there is a massive market being run by the World Walker Caravan! The Ringmaster has given everyone 1250 credits to spend on items, but there is a caveat - must spend at least 500 of those credits on gifts for other people. And it better be a good one, if you only buy one! (She will ask that you do not buy her presents, however. She appreciates the sentiment, but it seems sort of silly buying her things with her own money! If you'd like to gift her, please have it be something more personal or handmade, but you are not obligated to get her anything at all.)

► TREATMENTS: The beginning of the holidays will also be about the time that the emergency Medical Team will have finalized their treatments for the Prince's poisoning. Watch out for further information on that - and make sure to get treated if you are suffering from petrification or poison induced illness! The holidays will be a lot more fun that way.

"If ya want ta see me, we won't do it every time," she says with a pout and a little dig of her heel into his stomach. She'd run out of things to say if he kept on dragging all this out of her every single time they met and talked. That wasn't to say that she didn't appreciate what he was doing, but she can barely string two thoughts together much less talk about what she likes about herself.

"S'not flattering, it's true. Ya said it yerself, and I think it's true," she rests her chin on his shoulder as they move down the road. Technically he'd said that he liked his hair, but Doll has just equated that to mean he likes all of himself because he's pretty. Right? Right.

"Mm, yeah we share," Doll shrugs a little, like this is not a thing at all. "He was a little odd about it at first, but I jus' don' like sleepin' alone. S' lonely." She's a barnacle, and does not apologize for being a barnacle. "Whaddya mean 'through the wall'?"

He laughs softly as she adds a little oomph to her words and he'll bounce her just a little before stopping so he doesn't make her queasy, "See, I knew you had a bit of bite to your words, 'm'lady."

It doesn't stop him from being a bit of a brat when she starts to compliment him and he had to nod along with her words, "You don't have to tell me that though and yet you chose to. Thank you, regardless." He knows he's handsome and he flaunts it.

"Exactly as I said, through the wall~ We'll walk right through it to the other side." He had thought by now Doll would've caught onto what he could do but then again during Strange's performances on stage he did tend to watch her on the tightrope. Perhaps she never got to watch him. "Now which cabin is yours."

"Sure I do! 'M not all flowery and dainty like some people think," she grouses as she settles back against Tyki after the bounce. Which was kind of fun, if she's being honest, but definitely not something she should do right now. Something definitely sloshed inside of her.

"Yeah well, it's nice ta hear nice things. World's plenty mean already," she mutters, though she's close enough to his ear that it really doesn't matter if she drops her voice. There's a definite soft and pensive note in her voice though, like she's remembering something not very nice at all. Big surprise there, though.

Doll squints at Tyki, curious but also unconvinced. No, she hasn't seen his performance, between being a makeup artist and performing herself she's always a little busy during shows. But she'll humor him-- everybody's a little weird in the carnival. "'S that one, with the blue roof."

"Must be something else you love about yourself. Such sassiness," he says with utmost adoration. He doesn't call her princess because he believes she's a proper lady after all. She's just a special princess to him at least. Plus it is his way of affectionately teasing.

"Isn't it?" he agrees complacently. There's not a lot he can disagree with. The world needed to end and begin anew once more. Then things would be right for a short while. He reads tone and body language well but he won't comment on it.

He spots the building and walks towards it with a purposeful stride. His hand does slide up her leg to her hip and then her back with more of a push on it towards his own body and he'll do so in order to make sure she doesn't get stuck in the wall. He walks forward, choosing not to touch the wall while choosing to touch Doll and with a slow pass to ensure she's alright, Doll will go right through that wall with him as his body encompasses enough space to pass through that wall to the other side.

She giggles into Tyki's shoulder. "Naw, bein' smart with my siblings jus' got me a slap 'cross the mouth. S' not nice." But she does it anyway... "Maybe yer righ' though. I like, I like that I always tell people exactly how I feel! Then nobody has ta guess how 'm feelin'."

The comment from Tyki doesn't go unnoticed, but she's very focused on being walked through a wall right now. For a few moments, Doll is certain he's doing this for a laugh, that he's going to smack right into the wall and laugh about it being a joke for her benefit. But then they walk through the wall.

Doll looks very startled and begins looking around the cabin. No sign of Tamaki, but this is definitely where they're staying-- it has all the hallmarks of two teenagers living alone while on vacation. "Wow... wow!" she shouts, amazed.

"You won't have to worry about that with me," and he means it. Hurting a kid just was uncalled for and growing up in an atmosphere where one always had to be perfect, he can understand a good slap in the mouth. In his new family, things were calm and loving. It's how a family should be. "It makes it easier that way than hiding."

His grin spreads wide when it seems like she's enjoying herself. He was never the one to really need to impress anyone but when he wanted to show off he did like the audience. It's why his performances were always flashy and over the top as a magician.

"Glad you're pleased," he says with a hint of amusement. He's heading towards the bedrooms and looking for the one that looks inhabited. Time to put this little lady to bed.

The one in the loft level seems to be the one they've been using, if the nest of blankets is any indication. But there appears to be no Tamaki, despite Doll calling out into the empty cabin.

"Aw, he didn' see your trick," she says with a pout. Just a few minutes ago she was nervous that Tamaki would see her inebriated, but apparently it's now a shame he wasn't home to witness Tyki coming through a wall with Doll on his back. Logic.

He'll make his way up there with slow steps as not to sway her too much. He's in no hurry to put her down as he could lift a few tons and be fine with the weight. Not to mention he is used to this with his niece at home who could fall asleep against him at night while he was reading.

Once he does get to the bed he will turn around and set her down on it with a chuckle, "There is always time for that later."
